When using the washing machine of HangXing Washing Machinery (Taizhou) Co., Ltd., do not place any items on the washing machine to avoid unnecessary damage caused by the shaking of the washing machine and reduce damage to the washing machine.
Before the formal water washing, the movement must be classified . The movement can be used for industrial washing machines or dry cleaning. It can neither be dry cleaned nor washed. The quilt cores commonly used in hotels are mainly down, of pure cotton, silk, fiber, and wool. Among them, wool and silk quilt cores can be dry cleaned, down and fiber quilt cores can be washed, and pure cotton and silk can neither be washed nor dry cleaned.
After classification, the corresponding washing machine is selected next. Among them, we need to pay special attention to the selection of specifications and capacity. Try to choose a washing machine with a capacity that is 20-30% heavier than the washed quilt core. For example, we should choose a 15-20 kg industrial washing machine to wash a 10 kg cotton quilt core. This is mainly to ensure that the movement with strong expansion and water absorption can be effectively loaded by the industrial washing machine after strong rotation and drying, without problems such as overload.
Generally, the core is thicker after being soiled by water and is difficult to rinse. Therefore, whether it is water washing or dry cleaning, special attention should be paid to the control of the amount of detergent used to ensure that the subsequent rinsing is not thorough due to excessive detergent use, resulting in detergent residue, making the core hard and losing its proper warmth.
Because the quilt core is thick and filled with many flammable substances, it should not be put into industrial dryers and ironing machines for drying and ironing. We recommend that you choose natural drying and air drying.
When using industrial washing machines, many details are often overlooked, but these seemingly insignificant details often affect the washing quality and service life of industrial washing machines, and may even cause unnecessary personal injury.
